Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;

2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters’ associated companies, the Promoters’ agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter;

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure;

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must purchase any product from the Catch Fishing Tackle range from Hunting and Fishing, and provide their name, email address, and receipt number into the landing page https://www.catchfishing.pro/wavedancercomp Entrants agree to be emailed a fishing related offer from Catch Fishing Tackle and its related companies.

5. The prize draw will be held on at 5:00 pm on June 4^th 2021

6. The winners will be notified by email. The winner must be able to produce a copy of their receipt to prove the purchase of

7. There is one (1) prize, consisting of two spots on board Wave Dancer Fishing Charters, and 2 nights twin share accommodation on a mutually suitable date in 2021

8. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place, a redraw will be made

9. The fishing charter will leave from Westhaven, Auckland

10. If the weather is deemed unsuitable for the fishing charter to go ahead, winners will be notified by phone and the trip will be rescheduled to a new date.

11. If, for any reason, a winner is unavailable to participate in the fishing charter on the agreed date, or the rescheduled date, should it be required, the prize will be forfeited

12. All fishing tackle for the duration of the fishing charter will be provided

13. Any cost incurred to travel to and from Auckland is at the winner’s expense

14. The winner will comply with all safety notices and the instructions of Wave Dancer Charters

15. The winner agrees that any photos taken on board Wave Dancer Charters may be used for future promotional purposes

16. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into;

17. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash;

18. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter’s database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoters’ records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete or illegible, are invalid. The Promoters are not responsible for such invalid entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure

19. The Promoters reserve the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the promotion, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value;

Neither Promoter is liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law;
