Our reels come with a 5 year warranty covering manufacturers faults and defects.

Upon arrival all reels must undergo warranty validation. If your item is found to be outside of these requirements there will be a minimum fee of $50 for servicing and $25 for inspection/quote.

You will receive the shipping address via return email upon submitting this form. Please include a note with your reel including all your contact information so we can handle your repair in a timely manner.

Time frame for service / repair and return is 10-15 working days excluding courier and shipping.
